Good diagnostic context shortens the path to resolution.
Include the tenant, page or route, time observed, expected behavior, actual behavior, screenshots, browser details, and whether the problem affects editors, the public site, or both.
Examples include an unavailable tenant website, failed managed deployment, certificate failure, broken tenant-to-API connectivity, or a platform release regression.
Support can explain the editor and diagnose platform behavior, but your team owns content accuracy and ordinary content entry unless a separate service agreement says otherwise.
Only commitments in the current subscription terms or a signed service agreement are binding. The Starter plan includes email support rather than a 24/7 emergency SLA.
